We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase (Monday through Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–3 days to sync with the carrier’s system.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Where Do I Find My Tracking Number?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

My Tracking Number Isn’t Updating - What Should I Do?
It can take 2–3 business days for the postal carrier’s system to update tracking details. If it’s been longer than 3 business days or if your package appears stuck, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to help locate your package:
Check around your property: Carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious places like behind bushes, in garages, or with neighbors.
Ask neighbors or household members: Someone nearby may have accepted the delivery on your behalf or the carrier may have delivered it to the wrong address by mistake.
Wait 24–48 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early, and it arrives shortly afterward.
If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t locate your package, please contact our support team. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
