Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free standard shipping through USPS for all Hero's Ascent orders. Expedited shipping services may be selected at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. We fulfill orders on all business days days (Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping (free) takes 5–8 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates begin at shipment, not at the time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received one within 3 business days, check your spam folder before reaching out to our customer support.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the form on this page. Include your order number, a photo of the damage, and a brief description. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please wait 2 business days before reaching out. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
